Are you a Property Inspector looking for a new contract to start in January?
I am looking for Property Inspectors to join a housing association in North East Essex. The Property Inspector will be responsible for surveying buildings and structures, reporting on housing defects. This is a 3-6 month contract.
Duties: - Carry out stock condition, HHSRS, building and measured surveys
- Day to day running of works; carry out inspections and handovers
- Produce work schedules and specifications for repairs/ minor works generated from stock condition/ HHSRS inspections
- Ensure that the contractors performance is up to standard
What is required for the role: - HNC/HND or equivalent
- Working knowledge of building pathology
- Knowledge of HHSRS
- Experience in social housing
